Warranty and refund policy
We would like you to be 100% satisfied with all the products that you purchase from us. If you are dissatisfied with you purchase for any reason, you may return your item to us within 7 working days and receive either a refund or a replacement item. All returned items should be in original condition (i.e. Items must be in unused condition, must not have been in contact with water and should include their original undamaged packaging). Please notify us immediately by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. if you would like to return any item. We warrant that all of our products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. If you find any of our products to be defective, we will offer you the choice of either receiving a new replacement product or receiving a full refund. We may request you to send some clear photographs for confirming exact situation.
If you damage or break your knife while
using it, you will be pleased to know that most knives with blade damage can be
repaired or re-sharpened and be returned back to good working condition. If you
would like us to appraise your damaged knife and suggest an appropriate
solution, please send some clear photographs of the damaged area of the knife
and a description of how the damage occurred to email@example.com.
Basic Care and Usage Instructions for Japanese Knives Unlike the majority of kitchen knives available on the market, Japanese Chef's knives have a thin blade edge that is extremely sharp but fragile. Please use special care when you use them and never use them to cut or separate frozen food, or cut very hard ingredients. After use, please carefully hand wash the knife (Never clean your knife in dishwasher machine), dry it with a clean soft cloth and then store it in a safe, dry place. If you take good care of you Japanese Chef’s knife it will last for many, many years and be a faithful companion in your cooking adventures!
Despite the use of the best steel in knife forging, the
presence of carbon in high quality stainless steel can cause corrosion of the
blade, if proper care is not taken. To
keep the knife in good condition, clean the blade and the area around the hinge
(for folding knives) with a small amount of natural oil. With this minimal
care, the knife will give you many years of excellent work.
Attention! Knives can be dangerous if not used properly. They have to be handled with great care. Using your knife for purposes different than cutting is considered to be misused and your warranty will be void.

The purchase, use and possession of knives are subject to a number of local laws and regulations. The design of some knives and blades, as well as their length, are not permitted in certain areas. In connection with events affecting national security, knives may not be allowed in government property or buildings (courts, federal offices, national monuments, and airports). By law, government officials can treat knives as a weapon. Due to the ever-changing laws and rules and their complexity, it is impossible for Chunche Ltd. to monitor all restrictions in every area in which the knives are carried. The buyer assumes the responsibility to familiarize himself and obey the rules and laws of the area. You entirely are responsible, not Chunche Ltd.
